We are located on the white Sands of Benaulim beach(As shown in the Photos attached)With Pleasant and cool breeze blowing from the Sea.From the Room there is a good view of the sea.There is 24 hours Electricity,Water and Security.There is plenty of parking place and alot of safe place for children to play without any problem.We got a coconut plantation all around the place,this create a good spot to sit and relax during the Day.We give hot water service but only on demand.Any one needing the service should approach the security guards who will be around 24 hours at your service.Any one needing a taxi service from anywhere around the place such as station,Airport or Busstand, you can request for the service we will send you the taxi but please do mention if the service is needed during the booking of the place.We arrange for side Seeing and water sports if asked by the Guest.We got a cyber cafe with skype facility internet and a lot of other stuff.No DISTURBANCE of any sort during the day or night.We got a store which supply all basic needs and items.We give good price deals to long stayers.The above mentioned rate is for a day.More the days a discount will be given depending upon how many days intended to stay.The above mentioned price is negotiable to some extent.The room is given for two, maximum 3,If 3 a extra bedding needs to be taken which will be charged on daily besides the room rent.We also provide a fridge on request which will be charged a minimum for people staying for a month less than a month a amount will be charged.
