We have an opening for Team Leader with one of the leading Domestic BPO in Pune. Min 1 year of exp is required. Location: Baner Salary: No Bar Qualification: Graduate Responsibilites: Handling a team of agents Managing the floor, adherence to schedule. Call monitoring, coaching and feedback, responsibility for delivery of the defined customer experience in every call. Ownership and problem resolution. Conducting Daily briefings Counseling of team members on improving Quality & productivity. Taking Escalation Calls. Responsible for the entire day to day operation of the team Conduct monthly meetings.
