You have to download the HeyMelody app on the device and you're all set. You could do all sorts of things and customize the earbuds according to your needs. -See the reason am selling this is because it doesn't fit me at all! My ears holes are small- atleast that's what the flipkart customer support specialist told me when I tried to return them. I wanted to replace these with Wings Phantom 340 but Flipkart bein an Indian spinoff of Amazon couldn't due to. Apparantly they only have 7 days replacement policy which is absurd. They should give atleast 7 days to return if the consumer doesn't like or is uncomfortable using their product.
