Setting up your new Hue bridge Transfer settings to the new Hue bridge If you bought the new Hue bridge and want to transfer your lights, devices, scenes, schedules and timers from your existing Hue bridge, you need to hook up both bridges to your home network. Make sure you are using the latest Philips Hue app and navigate to “Settings ->My Bridge -> Bridge to Bridge Transfer”.
