1971 Chevrolet Cheyenne 4x4 3/4 ton pickup with factory air, PS, and Power disc front brakes from Arizona and Southern California. Body and undercarriage very clean with little to no rust.The truck was repainted in the late 80 ’s and is remaining still very usable but showing age. Previous owners receipts show the truck underwent a mechanical restoration in the late 80’s including rebuilding of the engine, transmission, suspension and brakes. Receipts indicate there are less than 15,000 miles since the work was done, due to spending the last 16 years in storage. It retains its California title and plates from 2004. The interior has the Cheyenne door panels and head liner with a recovered seat. Body moldings were replaced with new when it was repainted. It as the gauge package with a vdo tack. Tach is not connected because of a updated electronic ignition distributor. Has the original GM radio (not working) with after market Panasonic AM/FM mounted on floor (working). To be a show truck it would need a total restoration. But in its current condition with a little TLC it is a attractive and mechanically sound fun driver with lots of potential. Hi there!   Up for sale is a newly converted, fully off-grid bus/camper/tiny-home-on-wheels.   The build is on a 1998 International 4700 Chassis, with the all mechanical DT466 engine and Allison MD3560 5-speed automatic transmission. The bus has about 235,000 miles and was government fleet maintained by its single owner since new in 1998. No corrosion anywhere on vehicle. All tires in good condition with no dry rot and good tread.   There are zero mechanical issues or problems of any kind; I encourage any prospective buyer to take it to the diesel mechanic of their choice for a thorough inspection.   The bus was owned its entire life by the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, and was used to transport firefighters to fight wildfires. They look beautiful, do not stain, clean easily, and are as smooth to the touch as glass.   The ceiling has 22 flush mounted LED lights, controlled by switches on numerous different logical zones.   The exterior of this bus is freshly painted in its original color, with a Sherwin Williams industrial oil enamel paint, mixed with sanded texture. It has a bedliner type feel -- durable and hides any scratches or blemishes. On the exterior of this bus, you’ll find an incredible amount of functional storage space — something truly unique to this vehicle. You will not find this on any Sprinter Van or School Bus. The rear of the bus has two storage lockers; each is roughly 74” H x 24” D x 30” W. Both sides of the bus have various lockers. Two on the passenger side are 40” W x 24” H x 24” D. Three lockers on the driver side collectively are 86” W x 24” H x 24” D. Each side has a long and skinny space measuring 21” W x 13” H x 47” L. Here I have a 95 GMC 4X4 pickup with an electronic fuel injected 350 V8 and a four speed automatic overdrive transmission with recent complete rebuild on both the transmission and motor. I have the invoices. If you're looking for a good truck you just found it. Current state inspection. Truck has AM FM CD player GM radio with I Pod jack, ice cold air, 4 wheel drive works great, power locks and windows, tow package, factory alloy wheels with good tires, original jack and tools with spare, fresh brakes, bed liner and color matched camper shell. It also has a new radiator, distributor, throttle body, A/C compressor, power steering hoses and just about anything else you can think of under the hood. All done within 6000 miles ago. Everything works as it should. I'm a classic car collector and a fanatic about my vehicles. This has been my own personal truck for quite a few years just to run around in and I just don't need it anymore. I have too many other vehicles. Truck is totally rust free, garage kept and has only been in Nevada, California and Texas all it's life. It has had one repaint about 10 years ago due to fading and and there are a few chips and nicks from age but truck is still very presentable and needs nothing. There is a small dent in the right rear on bumper face but not that noticeable. Look at pictures. The green floorboards still shine up underneath this truck. Camper top can be quickly and easily removed simply by undoing 4 clamps and unplugging two wire plugs. This truck is very dependable and ready to work hard or play hard. Just out of service. 1996 International 3800 Midsize bus. 27' long 6'2 floor pan to ribs. Completely gutted and ready for you to build your perfect skoolie or food-truck or whatever. 250XXX Miles. Mechanics-  Engine-Fully mechanical DT 466.  Transmission- Allison 545. Just beefed up the transmission cooler and added a transmission temp gauge. Geared for southern California. Cruises comfortably at 66(68 if you push it- 70 or 73 downhill.) Brakes- Air Parking Brake, Hydraulic Service Brake.  This sweet bus came out of service from San Diego School District in April of 2021. I drove from San Diego to Salt Lake without a second of hesitation.  The steering is super tight. Tires are have great tread. I had an international mechanic go through it with a fine tooth comb. I had him change all the fluids and filters, we upgraded the transmission cooler and added a temp gauge to the transmission.   Other info- In the passenger area, I removed all the seats, pulled all the interior panels & insulation, pulled up the subfloor, sanded and coated the floor with corroseal. I left the driver area as is so you can take it as far as you want, we welded and reinforced the entry stairs. All of the wiring from the speakers and lights are still in place. All switches and wires are good so I left them in place in case you would like to use them. The speakers were blown so I pulled them out. All the heaters work and are in place- I like to keep them in case I ever need to pull heat out of the engine. Here is a super clean 1996 Chevy K1500 4WD truck. I was told it's from California originally and was never driven in the snow / salt, so it is super clean. No rust. It has the 305 engine. The CD player works. The tires are in great shape. It passed state inspection in November. I'm just selling it because I don't drive it often and I really don't have the space for it anymore.
