Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. 6. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. 7. Track project milestones and deliverables and communicate on a weekly basis to customers. 8. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. 9.
