Job Description Attending calls- Receiving, and responding, as pleasantly as possible while trying to provide full information, and support to the caller. Multi tasking, needs to juggle between receiving calls, faxes and at the same time attending the client or customer present physically in office. Receive all the important messages and pass them on to the required authorities.
