Maintain customersatisfaction by analyzing, investigating and resolving complaints timely and alsomaintain the complain register. 3. Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be preferred Desired Candidate Profile 1. Male and Female Candidates with strong written and oral communication skills, Polished presentation 2. Excellent phone skills 3. MicrosoftOffice skills 4. Internet and good communication skills Knowledge of English&Hindi Computer typing preferred. 5. Able to work, co‐operate and communicate with an internationalteam.
