We are looking for candidates with experience range from 0-2 yrs for Recruitment Consultant on an urgent basis to meet our rapidly expanding business needs. Designation: Recruitment Consultant Experience: 0-2 Years of experience. Education: Under Graduates / Graduates / Post Graduates. Reporting: Managing Director Client: Respective Client Location. Salary: Up to 2L per Annum + Incentives JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Handling End-to-End Recruitment processes for client. Sourcing & Screening profiles, short-listing the candidates in preliminary rounds. Scheduling interviews, follow-up to get feedback, negotiating the salary. Managing resumes and updating the database on regular basis. Scheduling and coordinating interviews of the candidates with the client. Follow up with the selected candidates. Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports. Good at Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word.
