Sirivana plots come in 1 acre plots which are 360 degrees fenced and been planted with Teak wood Plants. Each 1 acre consists of 400 Teak wood Plants, which are supported by Drip Irrigation. The complete maintenance part is taken care of by the company. The property would be registered in the customers name and the maintenance agreement would be signed between the Customer and the Company. Srivana also helps the customer in building their Farmhouses as per the dimensions requested by the customer and maintains the same. The customer also has the option of renting his farmhouse to Srivina which would be promoted as a Farmhouse and share the revenues. One acre will cost 34 lakhs. Maintenance charges would be around 25k to 30k per acre per annum.
