SMART CITY IN L ZONE, DELHI, MEMBERSHIP IS OPEN, IN INDIA

Membership is open for Smart City in L Zone, Delhi Smart City Concept: The Zone-L is part of 1st smart city coming up in the National Capital Region(NCR). The New policy will develop and accelerate Delhi in to a world class metropolis. The smart city will include: • High frequency mass transport. • 24*7 water and power supply. • 100% web coverage(High speed internet) • 30 Minutes emergency medical response time. • Dedicated bicycle lane. About DDA Policy: The DDA has introduced Land Pooling Policy in its MPD-21. As per the policy all those farmers, who owned land in various Zones can surrender their land holding in to central pool of DDA and will be given proportionate share for development as per the laid out policy. The land retained by DDA will be utilized for development of infrastructure which will be in the form of Healthcare, educational facilities, communication facilities, Sports facilities and in addition facilities for security & Safety.
