URGENT OPENINGS FOR WEB MARKETING ANALYST IN DELHI

We are looking to appoint a competent, creative and analytical Web Marketing Specialist, who will be responsible for planning, executing and managing SEM, Retargeting and Affiliation programs for our websites Globally. You will join our Noida team with its offices in the Corenthum, and will work towards the companies continued expansion and the undertaking of exciting new projects. JIJ Group comprises of 10 companies globally, and together we are a highly successful, international ecommerce group with operations in India, United Kingdom, and the USA with an annual turnover of over 800m INR. We offer direct business to consumer and business to business sales, by providing impressive expertise when it comes to the web. The candidate will play an integral role in: -The day-to-day operations of paid search campaigns, including the creation of keyword lists and ads, bidding strategy and optimization -Overseeing retargeting campaigns, utilizing real-time bidding tools to optimize towards ROI goal, implementing A/B tests, and coordinating creative -Managing day-to-day operation of Affiliation programs, including recruiting of new affiliates, compensation strategy and optimization -Data analysis reporting to ensure accurate account spend, and monitor/improve campaign performance -Researching campaign issues and formulating tangible solutions -Monitoring PPC trends, best practices and techniques, and identifying new opportunities Desired Skills and Experience -The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years of experience in managing performance marketing campaigns -Experience with management platforms (including Google Adwords, Tradedoubler, Zanox etc) and bid management tools (such as Kenshoo or Doubleclick) -Proficient with web analytics tools such as Omniture, Google Analytics or other statistics platform Other qualifications include: o Strong MS Office skills, proven experience in Excel o Results-oriented, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills o Excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects at the same time o Ability to work in teams and/or independently to meet goals o A passion for the internet in general and fashion e-commerce in particular o Ready to learn, grow and adapt in a fast-paced environment
