REASON FOR SALE: We had 3 existing sofas (3-seater each) that we had custom made with very good wood in 2008. Out of these 3, we changed the fabric of 2 of these 3-seater sofas to transform into great new sofas for minimal expenses. Now we are buying recliners in place of the 3rd sofa and so we want to sell that 3-seater sofa. CONDITION OF SOFA: It is 78-to-80 inches - roughly 6&1/2 feet long. These sofa workers confirmed that the sofa wooden frame and spring is of excellent quality. The fabric and the foam on the handles should be replaced. The seating form is Super-Soft (SS) foam and so if you are looking for a firm seat, then it's best to change from SS foam to firmer foam (we have spare KurlOn 50 density firm foam 6'x 2' that we will provide for free with this sofa). WHO SHOULD BUY THIS SOFA: We will not advise to re-use this sofa as-is. This sofa is recommended for someone who values good sofa wooden frame and wants to transform into an excellent custom-made like-new sofa based on their taste. HOW TO TRANSFORM AND COST INVOLVED: Anyone wanting to transform that used sofa into a new sofa will be able to do that in between 5-to-8k for labour and material in 2-3 days. We also have spare KurlOn 50 density foam from our 2 sofas that were reworked yesterday and that foam can be used for your sofa seat - we will give that for free with our used sofa. So after you buy our used sofa, you just have to spend on Labour (around 2.5-to-3k), some additional handle and back foam (less than 1k) and fabric (10 metres of your choice and price) in 2-3 days of work. WHY BUY THIS SOFA: A new ready-made 3-seater will not only be more expensive but most likely be made of MDF particle board and low quality foam, cheap fabric and other material.
