ADMIN EXECUTIVE || NOIDA WITH MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN INDIA
Aspirant Should have: Should have good experience in services like electrical, firefighting, air-conditioning and allied services. Should be able to handle soft services like security and housekeeping and caf management. Handling of petty cash for Repairs & Maintenance will be given. Will be responsibility of Assisting the management for all related issues, handling all admin related activities, Follow up on the delivery and bills processing for payments Should be able to generate the various reports, prepare the Preventive Maintenance Charts and maintain he AMC records of Business associates. Should be able to impart training to third party manpower. Should be able to handle the team of Facility executives, and technicians. Ensuring a well-run general administration department providing services those are essential to the mooth functioning of the facilities. Facility Management skills (soft and tech) Effective & efficient services of Communication, Office infrastructure support and housekeeping. Managing Security on ground level and SOP to follow and OJT to plan out etc.
