Job description Job Summary Operations Executive will have to manage day to day operations, filling application forms, resolving clients 'queries, coordination with Insurance Companies/AMCs/other service providers and maintain records. Responsibilities and Duties Process client instructions, forms and applications. Follow up to ensure that appropriate timely action was taken on customers' instruction. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Maintain updated records of applications and relevant documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Experienced and freshers are welcome HR: Ayushi
