BMS Operator Freshers Immediate Needs... BMS Operators should maintains Building Management System (BMS) for proper functions and monitors against approved benchmarks. Carry out routine checks for correct operation of all control equipment. Monitor the operation and performance of the HVAC systems, UPS, Diesel, Energy & Water Consumption using the BMS and report the abnormalities for necessary actions. Adjust variables and provide adjustment as required to ensure systems are operating correctly within the parameters as per the requirements to meet changing conditions.
