Position: Business Development Manager- Bakery Products Location: Ludhiana REQUIREMENTS 1. Experience: 0 to 1 yrs in FMCG / FMCD / Agro / Any sales job 2. Good Communication and management Skill 3. Graduate or MBA (Marketing) 4. Exp. Having Bakery industry always preferable 5. Good business sense JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Responsible for bakery client visit, explanation of products and their application to the customer. 2. Doing sales visit, taking orders, monitoring the supply management and following from dealership point. 3. Solving the technical problems in the bakery production place. 4. Utilization of bakery chef in a proper manner to focus on particular products and generating the orders accordingly. 5. Events and promotion on regular basis in the assigned territory to market and boost the sales. 6. Reporting on daily basis and submission of monthly working and records in a right and systematic way as per company standards. 7. Being present in all India level exhibitions as per company requirement. 8. Travelling minimum 15-20 days in a month in the assigned state / territory for sales. 9. Maintaining right stock position of goods at dealer point. 10. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. 11.
