BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING 'ENERGIZER' IN INDIA

You will be working directly with the Country Manager of Tripda India. Primary role will be business development and marketing - you will pitch the product to potential users (students, corporates) and handhold their onboarding. You will be identifying attractive customer segments and routes, organize events to tap these customers, design and execute promotional strategies and also manage customer experience. This is an extremely hands-on job! The ultimate aim will be to increase the number of carpoolers and completed carpool trips in India. You will also get the opportunity to collaborate with other successful Rocket Internet companies like Jabong, FabFurnish, Foodpanda, etc. This will be both the most exciting AND the most challenging internship you've ever done. Top performing interns will be eligible for a permanent position with Tripda. WHO CAN APPLY Graduate/post-graduate from a reputed Indian university/college (we are not fussy about your course) Very strong interest in entrepreneurship, travel & internet start-ups Solid business understanding and willingness to learn Positive attitude, sociable personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience with managing and developing marketing campaigns and events organization/ management is a plus Experience in designing (Photoshop) is a plus
