Chennai Fertility Center is looking for Public Relationship Officer Job Description: Qualification – Any Degree Should be able to explain the hospitals service and treatments to the patients. Co-ordinate between patient and doctor in scheduling appointments. Follow up with patients for appointment scheduling patient’s records, details over mail and telephone. Ability to work in a team environment should be good with handling people and making avail care and treatment at the hospital. Maintaining & Updating patient details and follow up with them. To ensure excellent care and service to all the patients, to co-ordinate with doctor in patient care whenever required, complaints redressal, feedback, to ensure all appointments in time, preoperative and postoperative follow Should be fluent in Bengali, English, Tamil.
