Process oriented / Ability to deliver good customer service Provide required information on T.I.M.E courses. Counseling of all walk-ins and effective follow up with prospects. Helping students in Enrollment Procedure. Advise students on career choices. Mentor students through resolving queries and other problems. Responsible for upkeep of Data and centre aesthetics. Coordinating in smooth functioning of Centre Functions: Prospective student counselling Student relations Office administration Additional Details: Requirements based on area location Ghatkopar Shifts Rotational: 8:45 am to 5:15 pm/ 12 Noon to 8:30 pm. (rotational shift is not for student counselling) Weekly Off: Any one week day fixed between Monday to Friday (depending upon center's requirement) Salary Expectation: -Fresh Graduates- 1.5 lacs to 1.8 lacs plus incentive variable upto 7000/- per month. -Candidates with minimum 6 months of experience- 1.8 lacs onwards plus incentive variable upto 7000/- per month. -Deductions like PF and PT CTC; 1,50,000 - 1,80,000 INR English >= Very Good Presentability >= Good Interaction>= Good
