Ability to work under pressure Standards for measuring success Customer Satisfaction Meeting required average handle time Quality scores. Transport One way Transport Between 8 PM and 6 AM. Location and Shift timings Mangalore 24/7 Rotational Shifts. Rotational Weekly Off Designation CSO (Customer Support Officer) Level 1 Salary 109700 CTC (9142 M CTC, 8023 TH)
