Job Description: Minimum 6 months of exp in technical sales (voice process) Excellent communications skills. Should have worked in Pop-ups, PPC, Desktop, Laptop, Printer related calls. Handling Troubleshooting Issue Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments shifts. B2B & B2C Lead Generation. Coordinating with managers to understand the requirements. Candidates need to solve these issues and charge a certain amount. Shift Timings: Night 10PM TO 8AM + 1 roster off / 6 days working. Shift Timings: Morning 10:30AM To 8:30PM + 1 roster off / 6 days working. BPO.(Inbound/Outbound Tech Process)-Great convincing power.-Should speak in English fluently.- Candidates must know how to close calls.-Must be flexible.Perks:- Fixed Salary credited on 1st of the month.
