Job Profile:- 1) Handling calls and resolving the quires. 2) Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts. 3) Provide Back end services to clients for technical process, hardware/networking. 4) Engaged in handling inbound calls of different business units. 5) Provide world class customer service. 6) End to End Transaction of reports. 7) Need to maintain accuracy in reports. 8) You would be engaged in shared services of BPO Unit.
