EDUCATIONAL COUNSELOR FOR IT PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN INDIA

1. Proficient in English language skills and able to communicate fluently preferably holding degree (minimum of 2 years of related field exp) 2. Accompanying Soft skills on self improvement, self management, job interview preparation, resume writing and professional email drafting is a plus 3. Counsel students regarding educational courses and program selection, class scheduling, adjustment, study habits and career planning 4. Guide career planning process, provide guidance for successful transition to students and working professionals 5. Counsel individuals to help them understand and overcome personal, social, or behavioral problems affecting their educational or vocational situations 6. Prepare students for later educational experiences by encouraging them to explore learning opportunities and to persevere with challenging tasks 7. Teach classes and present self-help or information sessions on subjects related to education and career planning 8. Compile and study occupational, educational, and economic information to assist counselees in determining and carrying out vocational and educational objectives 9. Plan and promote career and employment-related programs such as work-experience programs
