DESIGNATION: Customer Care Associate. ROLE: Receiving calls from the UK and USA based people and guiding them towards resolving their issue. PREFERRED: *Minimum 1-2years of valid work exp in an international organisation. *Excellent speaking ability in English with correct grammar. *target oriented. *call closing ability *Genuine gateway sales. SHIFT US: 10:00 pm - 7:00 am (FULL TIME). SHIFT UK: 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm (PART TIME). DAYS: 6 days a week. DAY OFF: FIXED OFF ON SUNDAYS. SALARY: NEGOTIABLE.
