Freelance Full-stack Programmer Job Type: Freelance Salary: CAD$4-5/hour Freelance IT persons required. Our IT department cannot handle all the work, so we have decided to outsource specific tasks. We have many tasks that we need to outsource. For example, project 018* is currently written in an obsolete MYSQL and PHP, we need this updated.
