Roles and Responsibilities: • Need to demonstrate the process and usage of the product and provide customers a clear view of the product. • Must ensure the product is kept in safe place and maintained its criteria of standards on a regular basis. • Need to give feedback to reporting manager about the quality of the product and also need to monitor the product very closely on regular basis • In coordination with reporting manager ensure you have solutions to all issues related to customer queries. • Record all prospect interactions of the customers and send back to the management • Report daily/weekly sales activities to reporting manager. • Create intelligence reports on competitors. • Generate monthly sales forecasts. Key Skills: • Verbal - Good English and local language. • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things done. • Engaging people
