Responsible for recruitment, developmentof Agency Leaders (AL) to drive them further recruit a team of advisors and support them to source business and deliver target GWP and recruitment Branch Head / Zonal Manager (Fortnightly) Expected to recruit a team of Agency Leaders and drive them to meet stated business objectives Achieve GWP and recruitment targets for the designated territory Recruit Agency Leaders, and develop them through coaching, training, team management and support etc. Drive ALs to recruit advisors in their team, make them active on business month-on-month, drive case productivity, ticket size and monthly R&R to achieve business targets Support Agency Leaders to achieve their targets and help them grow to create a long term relationship with the organization Provide operational support to ALs in terms of new advisor licensing, case log in etc. Plan, monitor and review ALs on a regular basis to drive their team Activity, Case Rate and Case Size Conduct meetings Support Agency Leader to achieve their personal milestone Ensuring that the Agency Leaders meettheir team targets and improve their performance and earnings Ensuring training of agents as per business requirements Ensuring business hygiene standards, in face of business pressure Ensuring planned spread of business across diverse product lines of the company Monitoring key competition developments and ensuring flow of information to the organisation Performance screening of Agency Leaders and agents in his team and take appropriate action as may be required from time to time Must have spent at least 2-3 years in the agency function of aninsurance company (preferably Life Insurance) Experience of handling and successfully managing variable distribution will be preferred Experience of having built a successful territory from scratch would be an added advantage Minimum expected qualification Graduation Candidate needs excellent communication skills, perseverance, adaptability, goal orientation and willingness to learn
