Should have experience working in at least 1-2 end-to-end implementation/support project on Demantra Technical expertise on Demantra Demand Management Technical expertise on Advanced Supply Chain Planning Technical expertise on Collaborative Planning Should have worked in a global support scenario across multiple business units. Good understanding of SLA and Ticket resolution process Proficiency with Pl/Sql Proficiency with Oracle Forms Skills is a plus.
