Pre Screening After sourcing resume or candidates from various sources like internal / external, initial round of interview to be taken. 1st round can be in the form of telephonic interview or face to face round. Final Selection co-ordination of final round of interview. Offer discussion Post selection Medical Test once selection is made, sending the candidates for medical tests. Pre Joining formalities This includes giving the Offer Letter & getting the documentation & other joining formalities done post candidates medical fitness. Background Verification documentation Initiating Background Verification Maintaining recruitment data on an ongoing basis Preparation of MIS and reports. Salary 3.2 to 4 Lac per annum
