HR GENERALIST IN INDIA
Here I am conducting Interview, Induction, Selection and Recruitment, Orientation of the recruited candidates, regulating joining formalities and coordinating with other department as well, regulating training and development programs, maintaining attendance and leaves, preparing salary (including Basic, HRA, DA, Conveyances allowance, medical allowance, PF, ESIC, over time with deduction) and maintain MIS Reports. I was a key person to communicate higher staff with staff working under me and whole working was using MS word, Excel, Power Pont, outlook, some online assistance as for Salary, job portals. Providing motivations to staff and to enhance their performance and to handle grievance in the frame work of legal compliance. To judge their competency to distribute different job positions among employees and implementing 360 Degree are all such activities which were including in duties.
