Sourcing candidates through various sources 3. job portals, social network and head hunting 4. Posting and advertising the jobs on various sites 5. Preliminary screening/ conduct first level telephonic interview /shortlisting the right profile against the given requirement 6. Schedule interviews with different levels / clients and follow up for the feed backs 7.
