He should be highly confident of his abilities and must possess zeal to achieve set targets. Must have excellent communication skills and be enthusiastic. *Catering to inbound calling customers professionally and understanding their desktop/laptop/network/software applications, etc. problems/issues clearly. *Prescribing best and long term solution to the customers. *Upholding the customer’s requirement above everything. *Following the set procedures in discharging your duty. *Ability to adapt quickly in accordance with customer needs. *Be responsible for its performance. *Ability to generate high sales volume. *Speech clarity, voice clarity, good pronunciation and should not have a strong MTI (Mother Tongue Influence). *Good spoken as well as written Grammar (Conversation Flow and sentence construction) *Reading, comprehension and responding skills. *Willingness to take challenges. *Willingness to take feedback positively and learn quickly. *Willing to work in night shifts.
