Experience: 10 Years & above Qualification: D Mech Desider Profile: -Knowledge: operation & setting on CNC,VMC,SPM, GRINDER etc. Manpower handling, line balancing -Knowledge of TQM, TPM (OEE), PFMEA, WI, conversant with CNC machines programming, computer applications. To provide basic & ON JOB TRAINING to new joiners. -Drawing interpretation, communication & customer oriented, customer complaint handling, problem solving, Value engg., kaizen, Poka yoke. Leadership quality. Team approach & should be able to motivate the team with proper guidance. -Planning as per production targets, shift wise productivity monitoring, monitoring the dispatches, Coordinate for any breakdown of machines, Optimum utilization of resources, productivity Improvement, should be able to maintain the required discipline.
