Your key role is: To ideate and execute designs as per brief and direction by Design Leader. Design Process: 1. Every client comes with a project with various different requirement. 2. Once we understand the requirement, we will brainstorm on it. 3. Depending on the type of project, we will either sketch or use mindmaps. 4. Get references based on shortlisted ideas 5. Sketch designs 6. On approval create designs on computer 7. Refine designs 8. Handover Software skills: I expect you to be extremely comfortable with Illustrator and Photoshop. Indesign is a plus. Working knowledge of Microsoft powerpoint and word. Language skills: Must be comfortable with reading and writing english
