Roles & Responsible: Maintaining the daily MIS Maintaining the daily attendance Maintaining the monthly incentive sheet Need a MS office expert with excellent knowledge of all MS Excel Formulas, Pivot tables, Diagrams and charts, & V lookup Analyzing MIS report to provide feedback Maintain historical data, raw dumps and ability to pull information adhoc basis if required Designing, developing and maintaining high end reports/dashboards End to End Automation of all reporting and MIS requirements Simplify Daily, Weekly and Monthly dashboards for Higher management All MIS reports to be maintained and delivered with High Accuracy and Strict Timeliness Maintain all tracking mechanism for downtimes, headcount, ID management Work with cross functional teams to cater business needs. Manage and own WFM Data, MIS, Reports, Dashboards, and Trends. Eligibility: Minimum 1 year of Experience (MIS- Profile) Should have decent communication in English. Good in MS Excel Knowledge, Pivot table & V-lookup. Immediate joining will be preferred.
