Responsible for the entire Marketing back office operations. · Supporting the Sales & Marketing department. · Responsible for all client queries after the booking is done · Preparing various statements and reports. · Responsible for the entire client related documentation. · Follow up with banks for on time payment. · Responsible for payment follow-ups · Co-ordination with the Engineering Department to understand the Project status and to communicate the same to the customers. · Providing after-sales support to the clients.
