Our technique is to go back to basics. We ask you very basic questions and you think about the answers to these questions. We do not tell you the best, right or wrong answers. Why? Because, there is no one way of thinking or doing things, we all take decisions on the basis of what seems to be true in our own context or situations. And that is what we encourage during our training - you pick answers what is most true for you, and not for others. These answers will hopefully form the basis of our lives. We are not here to provide you with shortcuts or formulas to success, neither we are claiming that by attending our program you will be able to answer everything about yourself but what we certainly can say that this can really be the starting point for you, where you can start exploring where your interests possibly lie depending upon the kind of person you are, and not only based on degrees or academic background.
