Performs annual evaluation of all junior programmers working within the programming team, evaluates technical aspects, customer service feedback and makes recommendations for performance improvement plans to ensure optimization of all team members under the Medgen operational umbrella. Works with senior management team and current clients to enhance and develop all new aspects of the Medgen software for further design. Works with outside vendors and 3rd party applications to enhance the current product line and marketability Works with development and clinical operations teams to develop new products to support new business growth and development, for Comtron Inc. Meets with clients as needed, to troubleshoot or enhance current product lines, including but not limited to ACO, large medical group operations and multihospital systems. Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Math Minimum of 5 years of relevant database, programming or related experience. Software design, software debugging, software development fundamentals, coaching, SQL, Java Script, C, C #, ASP.NET, Ajax, web services, ODBC Ideal candidate will have a strong passion for coding and creating a quality product that meets and exceeds the needs of the Company’s clients. Must have the ability to interface with all levels of internal staff and external customers in a professional manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
