Handling the complete recruitment process, right from getting the requirement from the department & Management till completion of the joining formalities. Understanding the requirements & prepare JDs accordingly. Sourcing quality profiles through Job Portals like Naukri, internal Database, through Employee referrals, Job postings & Professional networking Sites. Scheduling candidates for Telephonic, Personal and Skype interview. Taking the HR Interviews. Maintain the offers and joiners tracker for every month. Salary Negotiations with the selected candidates. Follow-up with candidates till the candidates joins the organizations. Close open requirements in minimum Time period. Preparation and issuance of Offer letters, appointment letters, Experience letters, Relieving letters to candidates. Maintaining Personal files of the employees. Employee on-boarding. Preparing Salary Structures of new joinees. Preparation of various MIS reports weekly, monthly and quarterly. Maintaining database of shortlisted and selected candidates as well as new recruits. Maintaining and updating the daily, weekly, monthly recruitment status reports Recruiting candidates for various processes through vendors and job portals. Conducting Aptitude tests and co-coordinating with Operations Manager for Final round. Addressing the New Joinees Batch about the documents required for the Offer Letter at the Induction. Co-Ordinating with the candidates and the offer letter team for the Offer Letter. Handling Candidates grievances related to salary and leaves. Please send resume /
