QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ENGINEER IN INDIA

Job Profile Ensuring Quality & Environment management system implementation and adherence of system across the organization. Implementation of EMS & QMS. Key Responsibilities Quality Management System implementation across the organization. Control of documents and records. Conduction of MRM Data. Conducting internal audits and ensuring closing of non-conformities. Organizing the external audits by coordinating with external agencies. Implementation of VDA6.3, ISO/TS 16949,ISO1400, OHSAS18001, ASES, MSES Implementation of customer specific requirements (VW, Fiat, MSIL, GM etc.) Providing training to staff & suppliers. Authority: JOB REQUIREMENTS: A. Education and Training The system coordinator should have a four year technical degree or three year technical diploma. The engineer should have worked on Quality System Implementation and should have conducted internal audits. He should have trained on problem solving 7 QC tools, Training on ISO14001, ISO/TS16949, Internal auditing. B. Technical Requirements Minimum three years of experience with four years of technical degree or 6~9 years of experience with technical diploma, in quality deptt. He should be aware of requirements of ISO/TS-16949:2009. C. Managerial Experience The person should be able to present the data to management and conduct MRM. He should be able to implement the quality system in the organization in different sections. He should be able to train the people on TS 16949 and its requirements. KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Knowledge of Quality Standards Communication Skills Data analysis and interpretation Internal Audits & Process audits as per VDA6.3 Lead Auditor / Qualified Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS18001 Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, MSA, PPAP, FMEA, SPC) Presentation Skills Knowledge of EHS & QMS, ASES, MSES, Q capability Customer specific requirements (VW, Ford, Fiat, GM, MSIL, M&M etc.) Awareness of ERP & SAP Problem Solving techniques (6 Sigma black belt / Green Belt) Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Concept
