RECRUIREMENT FOR US IT RECRUITER IN INDIA
The IT Recruiter will recruit and manage a wide range of positions with an emphasis on developing a thorough understanding of the services and technology the company offers. Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Need an experienced IT Recruiter with US staffing experience of 3 to 8 years, with excellent communication and writing skills. 2. Should have good experience in end to end IT recruitment. 3. Should have extensive knowledge on working with direct clients. 4. Should be able to use Job portals/ Job boards extensively and efficiently. 5. Good level of experience to deal with candidates/Vendors professionally and negotiate rates 6. Self owned vendor list for C2C closures. 7. Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement. 8. Screening, short listing, sourcing candidates for the given skill sets through various job sites, referrals. 9. Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes and other such info. 10. Should have through knowledge on Tax terms (C2C/W)
