Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities 1. Developing and Implementing Sales plan 2. Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities 3. Should make calls fix appointments and liaise with builders for business. 4. Should ensure regular business from builder’s channels.  We are looking for candidates with Good PR skills.  Identify builders (know the builders ongoing project, turner over, how many apartments...etc)  Need to take appointments and then visit the builders.  Discuss about the service DFS groups provide.  Build relationship with builders because he is the person who gives his clients or customers to us.  Ensure the job is getting done, client/ builders are happy with our service.  Should have leadership quality.
