Location Mumba, Ranchi, Calicut, Mangalore, Madhurai, Ahmedabad, Delhi Experience 0 To 4 Years Compensation As per industry standards CTC 1.5 Lac PA to 2.1 Lac PA + Travelling & Mobile Allowance Position Responsibility summary: Will be activating patients on Insulin and train them on the process of insulin initiation Provides education to clients and family members regarding self-care, maintaining optimal health, and preventing complications Will be responsible for Patient home visits and would be sitting at Doctor clinic for OPD Reporting to Project Manager, on daily reports Education: B.Sc life science, D.Pharm, Nurses, MSc, GNM, Medical Social Worker, Dietician, Biotech, Paramedic, Diabetes Educator Profile s Basic requirement: Excellent communication, pleasing personality and conversation skills (most important factor for recruitment) Good communication in English, Hindi, Regional language Working experience in Hospital/Healthcare sector would be added advantage Having good counseling experience in handling patient queries would be added advantage Willing to travel within city Must be having vehicle with License
