One of our client has got requirement for Support Field Service Engineer Please go through following job details Job Title: Support Field Service Engineer Job Function: Customer Support Place:Chennai, Bangalore For Field Service Engineers minimum one yr experience Salary: 10 to 15 k Responsibilities • Routine Checking of all allotted machine and ensuring the proper working of machines • To coordinate projects of Company with various universities, institutions etc. • Preventive Maintenance—checking for corrosion/replacement of usual complaint parts • To carry out and follow up of campaigns, presentations for Company • Ensure the payment collection on time from concerned authorities • Contact Government/ Local Bodies/People’s representatives such as Ward Members/ Councillors/ Panchayath Presidents/MLA’s/MP’s etc and present the project details and get approval • Contact Municipal/Corporation/Panchayath Commissioners/ Secretaries and other official to streamline the projects and get its approval • Collect payments due from various organisations within the shortest credit time • To carry out site inspection with customers • Electricity / Water connection regular follow up • To support installation of e- toilets • Any other work assigned time to time based on the requirement of the company Key Qualifications • 1-3 years experience and a demonstrable passion required • Ability to assess customers’ support needs when they arrive, then provide solutions or refer them to other team members • Flexibility to regularly rotate through different technical specialties and skill sets • Ability to thrive on change as products evolve • Awareness of industry trends and emergent technologies required • Must be a strong communicator • Highly organized, excellent at multi-tasking, comfortable under pressure, and able to work effectively as a team member • You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule.
