Products: Fixed Deposit, Bonds, Recurring Deposits & Pigmy. Location:- Pune, Ahmednagar, Kolhapur, Shirampur, Shrigonda, Alandi, Pandharpur, Wai. JOB PROFILE DESIGNATION: - Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Manager. EXPERIENCE: 2 Yrs. &Above + Fresher s are also welcome. QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate but Sales is majorly preferred. Identify client needs & fulfill them by achieving customer satisfaction. Collaborates with ABM & BM in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company Achieve set targets with in specific time. Maintain daily reports of sales officers and work done by them. Recruiting Sales Officers team/Agents. DESIGNATION: Assistant Branch Manager. EXPERIENCE: 3 yrs.& above. QUALIFICATION: Graduate or Post graduate. Conducting business development activities to achieve business targets. Recruiting & managing a team of Sr.Sales Manager & Sales manager. Provide training to sales team and motivate them to sell company products in market. Give daily reporting to the concern Branch Manager. Access local market conditions; identify current and prospective sales opportunities. JOB PROFILE DESIGNATION: Branch Manager. EXPERIENCE: 5 yrs.& above. Supervise the sales team s daily performance or target and follow up on new or used sales achievements and taking part in casual transactions. Supervising the sales team to achieve operational targets by providing business plans, and monitoring the performance of the sales team. Also work in coaching the managers of the sales team to deliver a standard of customer care consistently, while taking actions to make room for the future. Make decisions based on their market community and with their customers, and develop plans to increase their customer base. Ability to meet sales target and production goals.
