Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks. Assessing and managing safety hazards. Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place. Site Managers are a step above site supervisors. In addition to their duties of managing staff and ensuring the necessary health and safety standards are met, site managers have a wider scope of responsibility.
