HSC. Passed Experience: 5-7 Years Compensation: / Pm Job Description: (Reporting to: Store & Purchase SR. executive) * Good analytical and problem solving skills * Ability to work both independently and as a team. * Ability to keep records, do follow up * Knowledge of Tally ERP * Awareness of FIFO system * The person must be organized, detailed, focused, analytical & forecasted in working besides having impeccable integrity. Responsibilities: * Responsible to inspect the incoming material. * Responsible to keep material at demarcated place. * To maintain entries in Tally ERP- for GIN, Inspection of Raw Materail, others and maintain report in software and in * To do filling work of stores realted document and General Correspondence. * Labelling of raw material and keeping at demaracted area. * Responsible to issue raw material to production as well as other items, consumables, and office stationery to staff members etc. * Daily updating stock records and maintaining physical stock. * Informing to reporting authority if materail goes minimum order level for procurement. * Informing to reporting authority for rejection, damaged materail. * Responsible to submit Daily Reports to the assigned reporting heads. * Daily updating top management by mails for all attended and non attended complaints.
