Job Opening: Telecaller for a Film and Media Education Firm (Andheri) Gender: Female Business Unit: H.O. Location: Andheri Experience: Minimum 2- 4 years as Telecaller Salary: 12000/- to 16000/- Salary: negotiable (depending on her exp) Joining Period: 10-15 Days Job Responsibility: 1. Responsible for achieving targets through effective Telecalling. 2. Motivate & convince potential students opt for the courses offered by the centre. 3. Active follow up with the students. 4. Handle enquires on phone and in person about the all class room courses, DLP and the test series organize by the centre. 5. Provide presales support for generating Leads, managing mailers. 6. Give students/parents information on lecture schedule, assignment, projects, test etc. 7. Build referrals schemes to ensure more business through referrals. 8. Ensure timely information is sent to all students/parents on various courses/schedules. 9. Responsible for day to day administration of centre in terms of facility management, educational material management, timely fee deposition, record maintenance. 10. Responsible for operations processes / formalities at the school. 11. Mentors parents through resolving their queries / problems. 12. Responsible to managing/ distributing materials/ books to students and regularly. 13. Responsible for admission/monthly fee/ transportation fee etc. 14. Communicating with parents accordingly.
