Describe products and services verbally and clearly to customers. Respond to customer questions with clearly articulated solution and benefits. Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer databases. Maintain records of telephonic interactions and orders. Skill Set: Should have an Excellent Communication and Convincing Skills.
